Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a booking.
5. Limitation of Liability
SALTY acts as an intermediary between boat owners and renters. We are not responsible for the condition of vessels, the conduct of users, or any incidents that occur during rentals. Insurance and safety are the responsibility of vessel owners and renters.
